Process 2) Certificate Apostille Procedure: If you submit your original certificate with a photocopy of the passport we will first submit your certificate to Sub Divisional Magistrate wherein it will be authenticated then Ministry of External Affairs will Apostille your document. Process 3) Certificate Apostille Procedure: If you submit your original certificate with a photocopy of the passport we will first submit your document to HRD Department of Concerned State wherein it will be authenticated then Ministry of External Affairs will Apostille your document. The verification of documents from the state is carried out by three variant departments as per the necessity of the document type.
